Ocean Net operates private digital infrastructure for authorized organizations. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our services.
Our services collect only the data necessary for their operation. This includes standard web server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agents) which are retained for security monitoring purposes and automatically purged after 90 days.
Data processed through Ocean Net services is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service to authorized organizations. We do not sell, share, or monetize any data.
All services are hosted on private infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and organizations through invitation-based provisioning.
We do not share data with third parties except where required by law. Our infrastructure does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Service-specific data is retained according to the requirements of each authorized organization. Infrastructure logs are retained for 90 days. Organizations may request data export or deletion at any time.
Authorized organizations may contact their designated administrator for privacy inquiries.
