Ocean Net services are available exclusively to authorized organizations through invitation. Access credentials are provided by designated administrators and are non-transferable.
Authorized users agree to use Ocean Net services in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of their service agreement. Services may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the infrastructure.
Ocean Net operates on a best-effort basis to maintain service availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to authorized organizations in advance when possible.
Each authorized organization is responsible for the data they store and process through Ocean Net services. Organizations are responsible for maintaining their own backups as appropriate for their use case.
Access to Ocean Net services may be revoked at any time. Upon termination, organizations will be provided a reasonable period to export their data.
Ocean Net services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ocean Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Authorized organizations will be notified of material changes.
